U4 First Touch Program

U4 First Touch is a parent/guardian-and-child soccer program designed for 3- and 4-year-olds who are not quite ready to participate independently. This non-competitive, coach-led program encourages active participation from a parent or guardian alongside their child in each session.

The focus is on creating a fun, positive environment where children can develop key physical skills such as agility, balance, and coordination. Kids will also be gently introduced to the basic rules of soccer, as well as the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Program Details offered in fall and spring season:

• Day: Saturday mornings

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Session Length: 45 minutes

• Format: One session per week

• Ages: 3–4 years old

Registration includes:

• Insurance for the player

• A 3-piece uniform kit for the player (shirt, shorts, and socks)

• A shirt for the participating adult * you have the option to purchase an additional shirt at the point of registration 

Requirements:

• All players and participating adults must wear the provided uniform to each session.

• Outdoor soccer cleats are recommended over sneakers for better grip and performance.
