The U8 Vision Program is modeled on US Youth Soccer’s Player Development Initiatives. According to the USYS curriculum, "players must spend the maximum time possible in contact with the ball and experiment by themselves." In keeping with this philosophy, the U8 Vision Program emphasizes fun, encouragement, and equal participation in both training and games.
This program follows the U.S. Soccer U8 curriculum and is led by professional coaches who run weekly practices and oversee weekend games. Coaches and assistants evaluate players throughout the season and may offer recommendations for future team placement as players prepare to move to the U9 level.
