At Roselle Park Soccer Club, we deeply value each family's commitment when joining our teams. A player’s registration secures their spot on the roster and prevents another child from participating—this is why we take team commitments seriously.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing registration, families agree to participate and fulfill payment obligations, regardless of changes in availability or personal circumstances.
We are unable to issue refunds or credits—partial or full—for players who choose to withdraw, decide not to participate, or are suspended from the program after registration.
However, we do understand that life can be unpredictable. In rare cases, we may consider partial credits or refunds under the following circumstances:
Season-ending injury: A partial credit may be considered upon submission and review of documentation from a licensed medical professional.
Relocation: If a family moves out of the area during the season, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
