Thank You for Being a Part of the Roselle Park Soccer Club

At Roselle Park Soccer Club, we deeply value each family's commitment when joining our teams. A player’s registration secures their spot on the roster and prevents another child from participating—this is why we take team commitments seriously.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing registration, families agree to participate and fulfill payment obligations, regardless of changes in availability or personal circumstances.

We are unable to issue refunds or credits—partial or full—for players who choose to withdraw, decide not to participate, or are suspended from the program after registration.

However, we do understand that life can be unpredictable. In rare cases, we may consider partial credits or refunds under the following circumstances:

Season-ending injury: A partial credit may be considered upon submission and review of documentation from a licensed medical professional.

Relocation: If a family moves out of the area during the season, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

MEDICAL AND RELOCATION REFUND REQUESTS

If a player is injured during the season and is unable to participate in practices or games for the remainder of the season, the Club may consider issuing a partial credit. To request consideration, families must submit a written request along with a physician’s note to the Club Administrator.

If a family relocates out of the area during the season, the Board may review and consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. A written request must be submitted to the Club Administrator.

Please note: Refund eligibility is time-sensitive. The amount refunded will be based on the date the request is received, not the date of the injury or relocation, as team-related expenses accrue monthly based on player headcount.
